This is a creative writing class that includes all formats: stories, novels, poetry, songs, plays or screenplays. We do a lot of writing in class and there is a period at the end for reading aloud IF the student chooses to. It is not required. Work can be shared with the class or shown only to me and discussed in private. The "flow writing" method with which we begin each class helps with writing of all kinds, and its primary purpose is to develop each student's unique individual voice.
